Hierarchy, status and health score
Asset Management
Your assets do not live in a spreadsheet — they sit at the centre of the system. Track Thing keeps every asset with its hierarchy, location, status and health score, and devices and telemetry attach to that record.
Capabilities
What the asset module does
Hierarchical asset tree
A parent-child structure of site → line → machine → component; the state of child assets rolls up to the parent.
Health score and status
Every asset carries a 0–100 health score and a status label, summarised as a colour-coded health distribution in the list.
Regions and filters
Region, status, parent asset and free-text search get you to the right record in seconds, even in a large inventory.
Asset detail page
Identity, connected devices, telemetry cards and recent alert history gathered on a single screen.
Outcomes
What you gain
When the asset record is right, telemetry, alerts and maintenance history attach to the right place.
- You see at a glance which machine is in a critical state.
- Alerts and history accumulate per asset, building institutional memory.
- Adding a new site or line is a data-entry task, not a project.
