The difference

We do not count data points
Sampling more often or adding sensors does not change your cost. Telemetry volume is unlimited on every plan, so you budget against the number of assets you monitor.
Predictive maintenance is not an add-on
It is included from the Professional plan. Seeing a degradation trend never means buying a second product or jumping to the top tier.

No per-device fee for on-premise deployments
For organisations whose data must never leave the company we offer an annual licence. The hardware is yours and so is the scale; the licence follows the asset band only.
- No charge per device or per data volume — your own servers set the capacity.
- The annual licence includes version upgrades, security patches and support.
- Deployment, team training and integration with your existing systems are part of the scope.
About pricing
How is the price determined?
By the number of assets you put under monitoring. Every plan includes several times that number in devices, and data volume is unlimited — so your invoice does not change when your sensor count or sampling rate does.
Is there really no data point limit?
There is not. Reading once a second costs the same as reading once a minute. What changes between plans is how far back the data is kept. If usage ever becomes unusual enough to affect the service, we talk to you first instead of adding a surprise to the invoice.
What exactly counts as an "asset"?
The physical equipment you monitor: a motor, pump, compressor, transformer, refrigerated container or HVAC unit. Site and line records you create purely to group things in the hierarchy are not counted.
What happens if we go over the limit?
Nothing stops. Above the included assets a monthly fee applies per extra asset. If you settle near the next band, moving up is cheaper — and we point that out ourselves.
Can we try it first?
You can try up to 10 assets for 30 days without a credit card. If you prefer, we start with a limited pilot on your own devices.
What are the contract and payment terms?
Monthly plans have no commitment and can be stopped at any time. Annual billing comes with a 15% discount. For enterprise and on-premise deployments, term and scope are set in the agreement.
